Terms of Service | Light Pixel Designs

These terms cover your use of lightpixeldesigns.com and the services Light Pixel Designs offers. By using this website, you agree to them. If you have a question, email saif@lightpixeldesigns.com.

The free homepage mockup

The homepage mockup is free. Asking for one does not commit you to buy anything.

Our services and prices

Website build: $1,599, paid once.
SEO: $599 a month. You can buy it with a website build or on its own for a website you already have.

Hosting is not included in either price. We explain your hosting options and what they cost before we build. Your domain stays in your name.

The SEO service runs month to month, with no long contract. Before any paid work starts, we confirm the scope, payment schedule and cancellation terms with you in writing. If those written terms differ from this page, the written terms apply to that work.

Your approval

You see your website before it goes live, and nothing launches without your approval. You are responsible for checking that the information about your business is accurate, such as prices, hours, licenses and credentials.

No ranking guarantees

Google decides how websites rank, so no one can promise a specific position. We commit to the work described for your service, and your monthly report shows what we did and how your calls, leads, rankings and reviews changed.

Information on this website

Our pages and blog posts are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Search volumes and costs per click come from OpenRush keyword data and are estimates. Google results change daily.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, including our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for their content.

Limits on our liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Light Pixel Designs is not liable for losses that come from using this website.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
